Shipping Info
Shipping cost are included on all standard orders.
We use Standard Mailing procedures. These procedures will take 4-10 days from the time of order completion to you recieving it. Orders will not be shipped until payments are received.If you would like it faster than that, extra charges may apply. Email us for details.
If you are ordering a bulk order over min of 10 items please allow 3 months before you need your Scented Stuffies to allow enough time to complete your order efficiently and get it to you.
If you are sending us your bear, you need only pay for shipping once. Shipping back to you will be covered by us. Please make sure your bear is in sanitary conditions. Please email us before you ship to tell us what you would like done, and when we can expect it. If you live in the area you can drop it off. Any bears that are not in sanitary conditions will be immediately sent back. Upon recieving your intial email describing size of your bear and what you would like, we will email you your price. You can pay by credit card on Paypal or include your Cheque or Money order. Cash will be accepted only by local customers. Please do not send cash in the mail.
To protect both you and us against fraud, we will not be reembursing any extra shipping costs if you overpay your shipping company. All cheques MUST be certified and sorry No Western Unions. If you send us more than what you were told for retail costs, we will not be reembursing you. We highly recommend you use PayPal to make all your online purchases as it is the most secure way to pay for products.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 7 days from receipt to return your product free of charge. Shipping will be your responsibility after that. Send it back, in the original condition, COD. We will then try to contact you online to see if you would like the mistake corrected, a credit toward your account issued, an exchange, or a refund. All credits, exchanges, and refunds must be redeemed within 30days of our reply to you. If no response is made after our intial contact concerning the return after 30 days your account will be cleared of all credits, refund amounts, exchanges. But because we do not want to lose your business we will contact you several times at the email provided. Keep emails updated so we can contact you.
